Course Objective |
The aim of this course is to introduce powder metallurgy, familiarize basic processes and aplication areas, explain the physical properties and behaviors of powders , give information about powder production technology, acquaint shaping and compression technics, inform about sintering theories, sintering mechanisms, familiarize the sintering furnaces and the effects of atmosphere conditions on the properties of products, and give information about finishing procedures. |
