Course Objective

Tekstillerin test edilmelerinin sebeplerinin öğrenilmesi.Tekstil testlerinin güvenilir olması için yerine getirilmesi gereken kosulların kavratılması. Tekstil liflerinden örnek almak için kullanılan yöntemlerin, iplik ve dokusuz yüzey üretimi için önemli olan lif özelliklerinin ve ölçüm yöntemlerinin öğretilmesi. Iplik özelliklerinin, kumaş özellikleri ile etkileşiminin öğretilmesi ve test yöntemlerinin kavratılması

2 Principal knowledge about "sampling".Most used fiber sampling methods.Textile materials and humidity.Practical work
3 Important fibre properties for yarn production and measurement methods. Fiber fineness:importance and measurement methods.Practical work
4 Fibre length: importance and measurement methods.Practical work
5 Fibre strength: importance and measurement methods.Practical work
6 Maturity of cotton fiber, problems with immature cotton fiber, measurement of maturity.Importance of determination of trash.Practical work
7 Fibre measuring systems.Practical work
8 Process control points in yarn production. Sampling and linear density measurement of sliver, roving and yarn. Practical work.
