Course Objective |
The aim of the course is to understand the tests such as Vicat, HDT, UL 94, MFI etc. which are other than the standart tests applying to polymer-based materials and to interpret these results. To understand the design principles related to conventional thermoplastic materials(metal, glass, ceramics, etc...), and to obtain the appropriate material to the products and production methods. To understand the applications of thermoplastic materials, to interpret process and problems that may occur in the product and to find solutions. |
