Course Objective

Course Contents

Week Subject Description 1 Introduction, basic definitions, description of laws. 2 Mining laws, influence and possession of government 3 Indivisibility of rights, handover and passing, mining right, permissions in mining activities 4 Encouragement in mining, announcement modus, production and shipment, fees, assurrance and fines. 5 Government rights of mines, shares, discovering, first appeal, concession search and limitations. 6 Government rights of mines, shares, discovering, first appeal, concession search and limitations. 7 Concessions, managements, permissions, transfers, activities, bids, custodies 8 Midterm exam 9 Vacation, registers, hostage, foreclosure and temporary injunction, intervention. 10 Mortgage, liability, attributions, rights, expropriation 11 General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration rights, changes. 12 Legislations of mining laws applications-I, -II 13 Permission legislations in mining activities. 14 Permission legislations in mining activities.

5177 and 5995 numbered laws changed the law and related regulations of Mine 3213. (www.migem.gov.tr) In addition to these books, lecture notes will be given after the each course
