| Electrical methods in Geophysics, the source of self-potential, generation causes, measuring equipment, corrections, models, evaluation of SP data and applications, introduction to resistivity method, electrical properties of rocks, basic electrical definitions, electrical potential equation in ideal (semi-infinitive, homogeneous, isotrop) media, configurations, reciprocity, horizontal layering and their evaluation (master curves-Dar Zarrouk parameters- maps- evaluation of data with computers), image method, elektrical resistivity inversion, 2 and 3 dimension inversion in resistivity, IP |

| One mid-term exam shall be made, 30 % of the mid-term exam, 20 % of the average of the homeworks and 50 % of the final exam would be the semester mark. |
