Course Objective |
The aim of the course In Business Process Management, in the life cycle; to show the stages of goal setting, process design, process implementation, process establishment and measurement, and process evaluation. Students are taught to analyze corporate performance from a process perspective, redesign processes with value-oriented techniques, and create and implement workflows. |
