Course Objective

The course deals with project portfolio together management, planning, project controlling like claim management, project risk management, project quality management, team management, documentation, organisational learning, communication management and presentation techniques. To learn basic introduction to the philosophy and methodology of project organisation and management in the production of the manufacturing and service sector.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to use limited resources with a project management approach
2   Ability to predict, identify and take precautions against risks that may occur in the project and therefore in production, with the project management approach
3   Ability to support decision makers in rational use of limited resources, making the right decisions and choosing the right project by using numerical techniques
4   Ability to conduct feasibility studies and planning of investment projects
