Course Objective

To evaluate for Türkiye the basic principles of the approach of undisturbed natural environment, which has gained considerable importance at international level since the 1970s, in the light of information provided within the scope of the course, to analyze the national legislation on environment, to put forward strategies that will ensure the balance of environmental conservation and use in line with the principles of sustainable environment , to evaluate national environmental organizations with environmental and economic dimensions, to determine the reasons for the implementation problems of Türkiye about environmental protectionist approaches and to develop strategies for eliminating management and implementation problems considering integrated government.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   being able to describe basic terms of enviromental administration, enviromental problems and the policy of solving these problems
2   being able to analize of integrated administration approach
3   being able to define the responsibility of the administrator focused on the sectors of environmental management direct/indirect
4   being able to reveal administration skill which contributes to strategic thinking
5   being able to define of policy and laws about Enviromental Administration and Policy
6   being able to dıscus of integrated strategies about practical problems of Türkiye's environmental protective approach
7   being able to explain of global enviromental problems and policies need to be developed

14 General evaluation and reminder, reviewing the degree of achievement of the learning outcomes of the course by making a situation analysis of the period.
