Course Objective

Ensure that all aspects of working life bakabilmelerini psychologically, their way of approach to the problems encountered, solutions, and related methods and techniques to create and develop competence in behavior patterns.

1   Being able to identify the problems of working life.
2   Being able to evaluate The behavior of managers and other employees beliefs, values and attitudes mainly.
3   Being able to explain the working life of the individual and to manage stress.
4   Being able to implement motivation tools effectively.
5   Being able to transfer methods of conflict resolution.
