Course Objective

To define the rights of trade unions and to teach establishments of trade unions and confederation, the principles of their organizations, activities and control.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to know trade union which is one of the important actor of working life. 2   Being able to introduce the rights of trade union. 3   Being able to make solutions as to the rights of trade union problems. 4   Being able to understand establishment and activities of trade union organization.
