Course Objective

To explain thoroughly training and development function which is one of the human resource management functions, to provide the competence to be a training manager and/or training expert for students, in this way to ensure that students can prepare, apply and assess education & training policy, its plan and its programme in an organization.

1   Being able to define the learning process and learning theories
2   Being able to describe the learning curve and learning levels
3   Being able to distinguish areas of learning
4   Being able to associate training and development activities with other human resource management functions
5   Being able to analyze the educational needs of the enterprises

7   Being able to explain and carry out methods of training with examples as an educator
8   Being able to measure the success of the training activity
