Course Objective

The aim of course is explaining the general concepts of quality management systems, environmental management systems and occupational health and safety management systems, introducing standards on these systems, demonstrating fundamental requirements of a system established in conformance with these standards, and sophisticating on fundamental skills to establish a system.

3   Being able to list quality management system standard's requirements
4   Being able to list activities required to establish a quality management system in conformance with the related standards
5   Being able to define different management system standarts which can be used in business units
