Course Objective

This course aims to introduce main principles of constitutional law and general characteristics of Turkish Constitutional Law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   will demostrate understanding of main principles of constitutional law in order to examine Turkish Constitutional Law.
2   will be able to identify the main articles of Turkish Constitution in order to discuss core legal issues.
