Course Objective |
This course aims to prepare students for success in real-world marketing management roles by enhancing their ability to structure the core issues and develop corresponding solutions through a set of dedicated cases, tools, and simulation. This course is designed to enable learners to apply the principles of marketing and marketing strategies in a real and/or virtual business context. Learners will be equipped with the skills they need in order to develop and evaluate a marketing strategy through analyzing the information provided on the market and the competition. |

Assessment Criteria |
1. Term Project (Simulation Results): Learners in groups are expected to play the Cesim Marketing Simulation individually and submit their weekly marketing group decisions (decisions should be made with the group consensus) in the simulation platform. Team performance will be measured with the decision results of: Market Share (25%), EBITTA(25%), Share Price(25%), and Total Sales(25%). Grading will be done in accordance with the Simulation Results Rubric. |
