Course Objective |
This course builds on ethics components in existing capital market and investments courses by incorporating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations and methods into investment processes, products, and practices. The objective of this course is to point out the importance of non-financial issues (such as environmental, social, and governance) on a company s performance and valuation and integrate these issues into stock and bond investing decisions, portfolio management, and asset allocation decisions and the activities of financial institutions such as banks and insurance. |
