Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide information about basic concepts and institutions of Industrial relations and collective bargaining.

1   To learn basic concepts of industrial relations and collective bargaining.
2   To determine problems arising from application of industrial relations and collective bargaining rules.
3   To prevent and to solve the problems which may occur from the application of industrial relations and collective bargaining rules.
