Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts of business law and to provide information about practice of business law and it's institutions.

1   To learn concepts and institutions of business law.
2   To determine problems arising from application of business law.
3   To prevent and to solve the problems which may occur from the application of business law.
