Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Recognizes the legal aspects of Islam. Understand the perspective.
2   Lerans Islamic family and inheritance law.
3   Understand the relationship between today's law, Islamic law.
4   recognizes the values of Islamic law , cultural formation and vision of the world.
5   Become aware of the efficiency and flexibility of Islamic law. Interpret events in terms of Islamic law.
