Course Objective

To learn and provide the means to examine the conversion of the Turks to Islam and Muslim-Turkish states history, culture and civilizations founded in Islamic period according to the methods and historical method; to comprehend the contribution and influence of the States in Turkish-Islamic culture and civilization; to help the students comprehend and interpret the modern developments by detecting the significance and status of the States in Turkish-Islamic history

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Turkish-Arab relations and the ways in which started when the Turks, Islam and how they met for the first time, when it started and how it learns to accept Islam.
2   Turkish parts of the Umayyad period, and the results of the Arab-Muslim conquests learn.
3   Their duties and the Muslim Turks, Islam Abbasi states will have information about their services.
4   Where and when the first Muslim-Turkish dynasties were established, the Muslim Turkish states, political, administrative, military, social, economic and cultural structure and the general Turkish history of these states, and positions of importance in the history of Islamic history and general knowledge about the world.
5   How to become a Turkish-Islamic homeland in Anatolia and the states in this region have knowledge about the culture and civilization of the evaluation, analyzing and drawing conclusions about the ability of some contemporary problems winner.
