Course Objective

To enable the students to have an archive of forms of Religious-Sufi music, to create a wide repertoire, to build a literary and musical culture

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will learn the masterpieces of sufi music and have aesthetic experience provided by the relationship between religion and art
2   Will gain social responsibility for spreading and making Turkish music loved and exerting and protecting the related works
3   Will be able to perform the maqams of Turkish music
4   Will gain positive acquirements regarding religious internalization and spiritual enhancement.
5   Will have skills for an active social life departing from music
