Course Objective |
The aim of this course is to examine in detail the issues are included in the scope of provisions "Special Relationships relating to Obligations" an Changes of Parties in Debt Relationships titled that are regulated by articles 162 to 206 of Turkish Law of Obligations (conditional obligations, penalty clause, joint and several obligations, transfer of claim, debt assumption, participation in debt, participation in contract, assignment of contract) and Terminations of Obligations, Prescription titled that are regulated by articles 131 to 161 of Turkish Law of Obligations (Acquitment, Novation, Fusion, Impossibility, Clearing and Prescription); to put forth the problems to be solved regarding these issues and to produce solutions to these problems. |
