Course Objective

To recognize/get familiar with the criminal, psychological explanation of criminal law institutions, prevention of judicial errors, to prepare the students who will take part in the judicial activities in future by explaining of issues such as the rehabilitation of the offender.

1   Being able to express the position of the psychology of justice in the psychology
2   Being able to identify the conditions effecting the ability to culpability
3   Being able to explain the psychology of the evidences as a proof activity
4   Being able to analyze the criminal and convicted people

6   Being able to emphatize with the offender and convicted people

1 The purpose of the psychology of justice
2 The categories and the position of the psycology of justice in the psychology
3 The method of the psycology of justice
4 The psychology of the criminal
5 Psychological balance (will and conscious) and the ability to culpa
6 The conditions effecting the ability to culpa (excitiment, mental illness, drug abuse...etc )
7 The classification of the criminals from different perspectives
8 The psychology of the actors of the criminal jurisdiction (judge,defendant, victim )
9 The psychology of evidence (witness, psychological explanation of the written evidences)
10 Psychology of the sentenced
11 General informations about the criminal execution
12 The element of rehabilitation in the punishment
13 Psychologic explanation of the sentences, psychological informations about the criminal execution
14 Midterm
15 Final
