Course Objective

Bearing in the mind that the values of the democratic society, to be able to comprehend the meaning and content of the political participation; to achieve the ability to reason about the relationship between gender equality in political participation, which is one of of the goals of supranational human rights law, and the human rights and theory of democracy; in this context to be able to analyze supranational human rights law and domestic law.
