Course Objective |
In our legal system, mediation's widening application area in terms of private law disputes has increased the interest in alternative dispute resolution methods. In this context, arbitration proceedings also increased their importance. Increasing awareness of undergraduate students who will become law enforcement officers on arbitration among alternative dispute resolution methods will contribute to making their profession more professional. |
