Course Objective

The purpose of this lesson is to give information about international family law includes such as international marriage, divorce and parental right.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to identify the scope of the international family law,
2   to give information about international family law,
3   to express the connexion between international family law and other branches of law,
4   to use competent jurisdiction rules about international family law,
5   to understand the effect of foreing judgement about international family law on Turkish law system.
