Defining the concept of human rights, disclosure of the historical development and theoretical underpinnings of human rights,evaluation of the system regard to the protection of human rights in the context of domestic law and the ECHR

8 Features of the European Convention on Human Rights and the interpretation of the provisions of the convention.
9 Rights and freedoms protected by the European Convention on Human Rights-I
10 Rights and freedoms protected by the European Convention on Human Rights-II
11 Rights and freedoms protected by the European Convention on Human Rights-III
12 Duties of the European Court of Human Rights
13 Implementation of European Court of Human Rights decisions in domestic law
