Course Objective

The introduction to legal norms regulating various issues and relations between members of the international community, analyses of judicial decisions on international disputes and the interpretation of current events related to the course content.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define the basic concepts and principles of international law 2   To be able to explain the effects of the development of international law on the history of mankind 3   To be able to analyse the sources of international law and their effects on the internal legal order 4   To be able to analyse the elements of the state, the structure of international organizations and the relationship between these legal subjects, as well as their activities in the international field 5   To be able to specify the rules of international law pertaining to spaces 6   To be able to evaluate the current problems of international law
