Course Objective

The aim of this course is to inform students about natural organic compounds, their classification and isolation methods are given.

1   Have knowledge about classification and chemical structure of herbal substances
2   Have information about elemental composition of natural compounds and isolation methods from natural compounds,
3   Have information about the structure of Carbohydrates; Lipids; Terphenes and Terphenoides Oils; Phospholipids.
4   Have information about Prostaglandines; Steroids; Waxes; Amino acids and Proteins.
5   Have information about Alkaloides; Flavonoides; Organic Acids; Vitamines
