Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop mathematics teacher candidates knowledge about problem solving and make them use problem solving in their classroom appropriately.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Teacher candidates will be learn what is problem and problem types
2   2. Teacher candidates will be aware of the place of problem solving in the curriculum
3   3. Teacher candidates will be know problem solving strategies.
4   4. Teacher candidates will be know problem solving processes and able to use in their teaching.
