Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the prospective teacher the basic principles of counting, probability theory, random variables and their functions, discrete and continuous probability distributions, and to apply this knowledge to some events that may occur in daily life or scientific research.

2   To be able to define basic concepts in probability theory
3   To be able to define random variables and create functions
4   To be able to define discrete probability distributions and construct probability functions
