Course Objective

To know and to evaluate different text books and teaching materials for different levels of language competence and for different skills, to know and to be able to apply different systems of text book analysis

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The students can select teaching materials and text books for specific groups of learners.
2   The students can analyze different aspects of text books using various criteria.
3   The students can weigh and judge text books and teaching materials.
4   The students can analyze and differentiate methods used in text books and teaching materials.
5   The students can analyze and judge difficulties and limits in the use of text books and teaching materials.
