Course Objective

To put forward the results and the causes of social and economic developments on a global scale within the network of relationships.

1 Human Geography (perceptual and behavioral geography and organization of spatial tissues, human geography lesson)
2 Cultural Geography (cultural distribution, cultural ecology, cultural integration, cultural sites, cultural geography in the past, folk culture and popular culture
3 Cultural Differences (Languages, Religions)
4 Population Geography (Population growth, views on population growth, factors that play a role in changing the population, population policies, structure of the population according to age and sex)
5 Migration (causes of migration, prehistoric migrations, great migrations in the past and today, the refugee problem, internal migrations)
6 Rural settlements (rural population, housing, classification of rural settlements and villages, regional differences)
7 Urbanization and cities (origins of the cities and distribution, the economic functions of cities)
8 General Examination, Course evaluation, midterm exam
9 Economic development (economic globalization: the rich - poor)
10 Economic activities (agriculture, agricultural zones)
11 Economic activities (fisheries, forestry
12 Economic activities (mining, energy resources)
13 Economic activities (development of the industry, branches of industry)
