Course Objective

Basic concepts and principles of development; prenatal and postnatal characteristics; newborn (health, care, nutrition); the importance of health, care and nourishment in baby development; 0-36 months developmental areas of the child (motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional) and self-care skills; The basic features, principles, indicators, environment features, activities, planning of education (monthly training plan, daily training flow and activity plan), implementation and evaluation for 0-36 month old children.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explain the basic concepts of development and development
2   Know the characteristics of prenatal and postnatal
3   Be able to explain the newborn (health, care, nutrition) period
4   Knowing the importance of health, care and nutrition in baby's development
5   Explain the developmental areas of the child (motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional) and their self-care skills 0-36 months
6   To know basic features, principles, indicators, environment features, activities, planning of education (monthly training plan, daily training flow and activity plan), implementation and evaluation of pre-school education program for 0-36 month old children.
