Course Objective

Students gain individual and social awareness as part of a team by working in social activities that meet the needs of the society they live in and that they can contribute to.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Increasing awareness of the importance of social responsibility activities for the society and the person
2   Identifies the deficiencies that will strengthen the social structure of the society and develops campaign proposals
3   Improves teamwork and task sharing capacity
4   Takes an individual role when necessary in the face of social problems

1 Information, presentation about SSM SSP and introduction with each other
2 Preliminary preparations about the selected social responsibility activity, task distribution, work flow plan
3 Preparation and implementation of the Social Responsibility event
4 Preparation and implementation of the Social Responsibility event
5 End of section (exam week)
6 Preparation and implementation of the Social Responsibility event
7 Preparation and implementation of the Social Responsibility event
8 Completing the Social Responsibility activity and writing a report

Assessment Criteria

In all semesters, success grades are evaluated over 100 (one hundred) full points. The passing score of the semester was determined as 65 (sixty-five). SSM "Success" contributes to this score 5 full points out of 100. Students who take SSM in the field of Social Responsibility are required to prepare a report in accordance with the defined rules. The report is delivered to the trainer in print and/or electronically. Social Responsibility SSM score calculation is made according to the criteria determined in the SSM directive.
