Course Objective

In this lecture the students will learn issues of Basic Definitions about Total Quality and Accreditation, Total Quality and Accreditation in Türkiye and The World, Total Quality and Accreditation Standards, Total Quality Management, Processes in Total Quality and Accreditation.
