Course Objective

For the purpose of being a classical guitar player, to be able to analyze and read polyphonic classic and modern-graphic writing, develop the control of the instrument with respect to sight reading.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Analyzes polyphonic structures and textures for sight reading.
2   Can easily read music at first sight with correct comprehension of harmonic and melodic structures on single staff polyphonic music.
3   Works on typical exercises for sight reading intended for concentration and building time control.
4   Tolerates stumbles-errors that may occur when reading and playing.
5   Creates creative resources for sight reading with guitar.

All works for guitar from all periods that are appropriate for the level. In addition works specially prepared for guitar sight reading.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The delivery of the course mode is face to face and practical with a rich variety of material. Progress is often tested.
