Course Objective

This course aims to create an understanding of different approaches and methods about study areas or issues of musicology through experts, directly or indirectly involves musicology, sharing their experiences and studies.

1   Have a general knowledge about planning seminar issues.
2   Involve arguments related with the presented studies during the class
3   Follow seminars seriously and efficiently
4   Learn direct or indirect study areas and issues of musicology
5   Understand the importance of interdisciplinary studies.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Every week diffrent speaker will explain a specific issue through speech, workshop, presentation etc. Students will make pre-readings and involve arguments during the seminars

The score to be obtained from the student's attendance depend on a) attendance status of the course and b) the contrubition of the student to the creation of the positive learning environment.

2. After seminars started no one will be taken to the class and they will count as absent for that class.
