Course Objective

To become capable of connecting general principles of training with another branch, planning trainings fort that branch training

1   Establish the relationship between load and rest at training
2   Load at training methods and establish relationships between energy metabolism
3   According to different age and performance levels to choose appropriate methods of loading
4   Training to explain basic concepts of planning
5   To be capable of writing yearly, monthly, weekly and daily training programs for a sports branch
