Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach and develop methods and techniques based on scientific evidence for specific physical activities in order to protect community health, to understand the requirements of effective and safe physical activity for all segments of society and to create sensitive health professionals.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Increasing the quality of life, creating a healthy emotional / physical environment.
2   To be able to understand physical activity bases / principles.
3   Be able to develop an understanding of physical fitness in all segments of society.
4   Identify the needs of all ages and sports performances.
5   With regard to different types of exercises and their practices, pre- exercise, order and to be able to design different physical fitness methods afterwards.

Course Contents

1 Increase the quality of life. Understanding the bases of physical activity.
2 Recognition of many basic principles for increasing physical activity in every part of society, health-related fitness.
3 Information obtained through historical inquiry, health scans and risk classifications.
4 Physical activity, health and chronic diseases.
5 Effectively measuring and evaluating physical activity.
6 Evaluation and planning of physical activity programs.
7 Arranging exercises to improve the heart-respiratory system.
8 Arranging exercises to improve the heart-respiratory system.
9 Musculoskeletal assessment, review of resources and materials for instruments.
10 Arranging resistance training models, muscular fatigue and watching materials.
11 Evaluating body composition, reviewing resources and materials for tools.
12 Maintaining body weight, balancing regulation and body composition programs, watching materials.
13 Flexibility assessment, reviewing resources and materials for program design tools for flexibility.
14 Body balancing, protecting your lumbar health, watching materials.
