Course Objective

To impart the theoretical and practical skills associated with both percusssion instruments and other instrument groups. To gain theoretical and practical skills regarding the use of instrument groups together.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will be able to define the basic theoretical knowledges relating to the percussion instruments
2   Will be able to define the basic theoretical knowledges relating to the piano, clavsen, celesta
3   Will be able to analyze the music piece which is piano reductioned and adapt strings, woodwinds and brass group
4   Will be able to compose original works for strings, woodwinds and brass group
5   Will be able to compose original works for orchestra.
