Course Objective

The objective is to comprehend the principles in labour law related to the concepts of working time and vacation and their forms of implementation by analyzing provisions of the relevant legislation in detail.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1 To be able to specify the fundamental concepts and features concerning working hours, paid vacation, paid annual leave 2   2 To be able to comment on provisions of the legislation related to the organization of work 3   3 To be able to practice in present cases containing the organization of work 4   4 To be able to discuss regulations on the organization of work in consideration of doctrine's critics 5   5 To be able to come to a conclusion about the deficiencies arising from the legislation on the organization of work in labour law
