Course Objective

The purpose of this lesson is to give information about the Turkish legal materials which regulates international arbitartion and its scope.

2   to identify the scope of the international commercial arbitration
3   to express the principles which applies procedure by arbitration
4   to give information about procedure by arbitration
5   to consider about recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and the convention related to issue called New York Convention
