Course Objective

It is aimed to explain Turkish Foreigners' Law, resources of law, principles and legal framework of Constitution.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Legal debating of Turkish foreigners' law and current problems
2   To learn national or international regulations on foreigners' law within mandatory rules, direct applicable rules
3   Interpretation of national and international regulations on foreign investment cases
4   Interpretation of buying propert and restrictions of foreigners' law.
