Course Objective

This course will start with several exercises intented to create an authorial identity covering literature and film scripts. On the other hand, different approaches in poetry, short stories, novels and scripts will be discussed by reading multiple texts. While contemplating on the practice of writing while reading and watching, ways of self-discovery and skill development will be explored. At the end of the course, you will be expected to create a (short) film or documentary script and series project, as well as completing the preparations for the Diploma course in the last semester of the program.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

In the first part of the course, the will be some joing exercises and study, while the second part will be comprised of student's individual project preparation. Thus the course will feature intensive reciprocal work.
