Course Objective


It is aimed to teach the student to improve their knowledge about the history of cinema, to expand their general knowledge level, to look at art in general and Turkish cinema in particular from the context of art-society relationship.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Informing the student about the art and history of cinema Turkish cinema in particular from the context of art-society relationship.
2   To have knowledge about the history of the society in which they live
3   Comprehending the need to establish relations between the history of cinema and the history and culture of Türkiye
4   To understand that it is necessary to monitor the development of all communication tools in parallel with each other in cinema, TV and more.
5   It is expected that she will have a broad idea about the history of Turkish cinema.
