Course Objective

The profitability, growth and success of a business is the right way of working it depends on their choice and their performance. The aim of this course is to learn the principles of the interview with the employer's representative during the recruitment process and reinforce it by practicing.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to learn the importance and types of interview as a selection method.
2   Students will be able to learn the personnel selection process, exam and interview practices in airline companies.
3   Students will be able to learn interview question examples and do classroom practice.
4   Students will be able to have general knowledge of body language, general appearance, gesture and gestures during the interview.

5 The importance of listening during the interview, active listening, situations that prevent active listening
6 Interview question examples, questions measuring analytical thinking ability, questions measuring willingness and self-sacrifice criteria, questions measuring the ability to make correct and effective decisions
7 Mid-term Exam
8 Questions to evaluate the appearance and attitude, questions to measure the reliability criteria
9 Questions to measure success and leadership criteria in human relations
10 Questions to measure the ability to negotiate, plan, organize and co-ordinate
11 Questions to measure responsibility and ability to work under stress
12 Personnel selection process, exam and interview practices in airlines
13 Questions to measure teamwork ability, representation and presentation ability
