Course Objective

The aim of this course is to increase students' knowledge and awareness of interpersonal communication and to help them establish effective relationships in both work and non-work social environments in their future professional lives.

1   Makes the definition of communication, explains the communication process and its elements.
2   Gives examples of listening and feedback mechanisms in effective communication.
3   Understands the importance of communication in the classroom as a teacher.
4   Defines the factors that hinder communication.
5   Learns about the importance of communication with the patient.
