Course Objective

To have advanced knowledge about general and special human embryology.
To describe the microscopic structure and organization of organs belonging to body systems

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have advanced knowledge about general human embryology.
2   To describe the microscopic structure and organization of organs belonging to body systems
3   Learning the definition of embryology, developmental processes and some developmental anomalies
4   Should know stem cells and their sources
5   Learning about cranium development
6   Learning the pharyngeal arches
7   To learn the development and histology of lips, cheeks, tonsils, salivary glands
8   To learn nasal cavity, larynx histology and embryology
9   To learn the histology of teeth, language development
