Course Objective

This course covers the incubation and accelerator processes of students who have taken and successfully completed the Entrepreneurship in Health Sciences I course in the previous term, and now aim to activate an initiative. In this context, business plan optimization, A/B testing, market segmentation, MVP product development, investor interviews, human resources approaches in startups, current legislation of health initiatives, promotion of Accelerator programs abroad, basic accounting concepts and founder It covers the challenges that await entrepreneurs. At the end of this program, it is aimed that the participants will participate in an entrepreneurship competition, start a venture and reach the stage of establishing a company, or make at least one investor presentation.
