Course Objective

This course aims to provide students with knowledge and skills about teamwork and leadership.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to understand the importance of teamwork and leadership in organizational success. 2   Ability to understand leadership theories. 3   Ability to interpret emerging styles regarding leadership. 4   Being able to understand the environmental conditions of leadership, the relationship between followers and leaders.
